After South Africa we flew to Istanbul on our route to Buenos Aires and stopped there for 5 days. We stayed with my friend Cigdem who had moved back from Munich to Istanbul in June. Our dear friend Wulfi and my brother Konni came to Istanbul as well to see us. We had some great food, went to a local orchestra and of course did some sightseeing and shopping. For us the best was to see family and friends though.
