After our 30km day hike in El Chalten, we came back to the town ravenous looking for a warm meal that would put some strength back into our tired legs. We found a cute little brewery which looked very inviting. And on the menu, we found this dish: locra. A traditional hearty stew from the Gauchos. It was just what we needed and tasted delicious!
